The Protoss Conlave decides the Argus Stone has little importance in the fight against the Zerg. Preator Tassadar, returns to claim the Protoss force leaving Judicator Kizrath on Aridas with a small force to destroy the Zerg.
Tetrax (Legath Brood) hidden under the planet discovers Xel' Naga artifacts that can control the protoss forcess.
Zeta squadron regrouped with remnants of Omega Squadron attacks the protoss main base, discovering Zerg infesting the base.Zeta Squadron sends strike force to kill the Cerbrate Tetrax, severing control of the Protoss. The Protoss and Zerg attack each other.Sustass Brood attacks Terran base over running it while Zeta and Omega Squadrons are engaged with Legath Brood.Terran Scientist Archimedes is captured for information.
Omega and Zeta Squadrons abandon base and attack orbital supply station. Protoss, weakened as they were by fighting the Zerg, is forced to withdraw.

In the Confusion, the Sons of Korhal escape the planet.The Zerg descend upon Antiga Prime.The Shroud discovers an old ghost named Atticus Carpenter has created a sect to welcome the Zerg.Jack Frost is recruited to crush the rebel sect.Tetrax (Legath Brood) attack Terran/Protoss allianceLolth (Sutass Brood) concentrate on infesting Terran Command Center for information.
Tsuname sent with Militia forces to make sure Atkinson Corporation does not assist rebels.Tetrax (Legath Brood) withdraw leaving Human and Protoss Alliance with heavy losses.
Main Orbital station on Tarsonis (confederacy head quarters) is attacked by the Sons of Korhal. Psi emitters are placed to lure the Zerg to fight the Confederacy.Protoss attacks the Orbital Station. 2lt Sarah Kerrigan is ordered to defend the Zerg from the Protoss.The Confederacy, unable to contain the Zerg is over run becomes defunct. 2lt Sarah Kerrigan is abandoned on the Platform.Dissident personnel within the Sons of Korhal destroy the stations Ion cannon and escape the Platform.Lolth (Sutas Brood) infiltrates human center and gains control of the Argus Stone.New Dresdin Outlaws attack Carpenter's headquarters to find that Tsuname and The Hammer are working with Carpenter.The Confederacy sends a council of inquiry to assume command of Brontes IV.Jack Frost is sent to secure the Orbital Relay Platform.Protoss secures orbital relay platform to prevent Zerg from escaping Brontes IV.
The newly assigned Hammer Strike Force is made under the Command of Tsuname.Rebel sympathizers are located in a series of mining towns.The Hammer is ordered to demolish the towns.
Lolth (Sutas Brood) brings Argus Stone to Tarsonis.The Council decides New Dresdin are rebel sympathizers and orders the destruction of the town.Jack Frost informs New Dresdin Militia and is able to repel the Hammer attack.Morgan and Frost infiltrate and seize several missile silos and target the council head quarters.Tsuname assumes control of Brontes IV.Tsuname Sends Charlie Vane to destroy the New Dresdin Outlaws.Charlie Vane Defects. Frost, Morgan, and Vane find New Dresdin over run by the Zerg.
Protoss abandons Tarsonis and leave it to the Zerg.Overmind uses Argus Stone to transform Terran Sarah Kerrigan to Zerg.Humans on Tarsonis make a counter strike.Zerg withdraw to Char to protect Chrysalis

Remnants of the Mar Sara Militia arrive at Char to try and free 1lt Sarah Kerrigan.Sarah Kerrigan emerges as one of the Zerg.Kerrigan infiltrates Confederate installation, the Amerigo, to find out about the defunct 'Ghost Project'.New Confederacy destroys Amerigo to kill Zerg.Lolth (Sutas Brood) brings Argus Stone to Brontes IV.Syndrea sends Aedus/Xerxes to Adbakken, Demioch to Carvalho, and Edullon to New Dresdin to wipe out the Zerg.Edullon meets the New Dresdin Militia and joins forces.
Kerrigan hunts Tassadar on Char.Tassadar's location was a ruse so that Dark Templar Zeretul could kill Cerebrate Zasz.With out the leadership of the Cerebrate, the Garm Brood was is undirected and attacks everything in site.Kerrigan eliminates Garm Brood.Zerg Overmind learns of Auir the Protoss homeworld.
Overmind uses Argus Stone to Transform Atticus Carpenter to Zerg.Demioch becomes trapped at Carvalho, Edullon refuses to leave without him.
Zerg warp to invade Auir.Kerrigan is left behind to hunt down Zeratul and Tassadar.Aedus/Xerxes is sent to establish a stronghold on Brontes IV.
Overmind learns of the Khaydarin Crystal and orders its acquisition and placement at the Xel' naga temple on Auir.Aedus Xerexes is ordered to eliminate Zerg resources by taking control of "the Valley of Shadows".With it's supplies cut off the Zerg become erratic and start swarming the Terran communities.
Aedus/Xerxes contacts Edullon and informs he that Carpenter has managed to take over the Cerebrate Incubus' Brood
Zerg Overmind manifests on Auir.Edullon creates a rift gate. Many Protoss join the human Militia Aedus/Xerxes forces attack Edullon. Aedus/Xerxes and Edullon fight in one on one combat.

Tassadar and Zeratul return to Aiur. They fight the Conclave.Tassadar surrenders. Zeratul and his dark forces disappear.Syriax Brood destroys Carpenters Brood
Fenix sends forces to free Tassadar.Conclave expects the action and sets up an ambush.Zeratul and his dark Templar appear to counter the Conclaves actions.
Fenix's forces engage the Zerg while Zeratul sneaks in and Kills the Cerebrate.With the Overmind's forces weakened Tassadar, Zeratul, Fenix, and Raynor attack the Overmind.Sustaining heavy losses, Tassadar steers the flagship Gantrithorne into the Overmind.The Overmind is destroyed.
